The itinerary was exactly what we had asked for. Accommodations were at the right level, transfers were seamless, and the overall organization made the journey feel smooth and well-balanced from start to finish. Being met at the airport in Rome was especially helpful, as was the perfectly coordinated transfer day from Florence to Naples and on to Capri.
Guides and drivers were consistently excellent: professional, punctual, and attentive. Several experiences stood out, from the early visits in Tuscany and Siena to the winery and farm experiences, the private boat around Capri, and the guided visit to Pompeii, where the guide’s ability to navigate crowds allowed for a more personal and meaningful experience.
What we appreciated most was the attention to timing and perspective. Some of the most memorable moments came from arriving early or approaching destinations from a different vantage point, which made even well-known places feel calmer and more rewarding.
It was a carefully designed journey, rich in experiences and handled with great care throughout.
