Our trip to Italy was everything we hoped it would be, and all of the arrangements and recommendations made by your company enhanced our experience. We appreciate your patience and flexibility in handling the changes to our group prior to departure, and also for the wonderful birthday cake you arranged for our son while we were in Venice towards the end of our stay. Arranging private ground transportation for our arrival and departure from each city was a great convenience for our group. All of our guides were excellent, and I know that the shoppers in our group especially appreciated the driver who took them shopping outside of Florence. He also took our group to Siena and San Gimignano the day before.
Each of us had our own favorite experiences. While everyone loved Florence for different reasons, Rome was my favorite place, and I would like to return for a longer stay there, but at a different time of year.
