Wow! This was the best organized, well planned and captivating trip that we have ever taken! We spent 10 enchanting days in Firenze, Bologna and Roma on an individual, customized tour, and each day was a experience that we never wanted to end!
Due to the flight delay from the US to Roma, your team changed the time of the train ticket to Firenze so we were not be rushed. It was a great example of your team’s extraordinary customer service!
Our accommodations were exceptional, they were beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. Every guide and driver we met was friendly and knowledgeable.
The tasting, breakfast and lunch were amazing and delicious. We ate, we sang, we danced.
