You will have to excuse my very belated reply to your very kind note.
To say that we had an absolutely AMAZING time would still not be doing the trip justice. It was so so very good!!!! Anthony and I loved returning to Sicily and our friends were beyond impressed, happy…and FULL! (oh we ate SO MUCH!)
The planning that you and your team did made everything wonderful. There was not a day that we didn’t feel like it was exactly what we wanted to be doing – and a very good balance of rest and activity. The activities were GREAT – the cooking class and Alessia were a BIG highlight for us. We were a crew that loves to cook and eat and she delivered!!! Wow.
The hotel is Noto was SUPERB. The restaurant there was amazing. The team there was great!
One of the BEST things ever was discovering that Alessandro – our guide in Noto was indeed our same guide from 2019!!!!!!! He remembered our faces and then we found our photos from 2019 with him in them 🙂 He is great – I’d travel back to Sicily to hang out with just him!!!
This year – with the addition of WhatsApp – and the access that we had for help and updates and support – was SO HELPFUL. I can’t thank you enough – and I am sure that we asked for TOO MUCH 🙂
We will definitely be coming back – AGAIN. I cannot recommend you and your team at Discovery Your Italy to enough people. We loved everyhting – and we’re so grateful!
