We had an amazing time in Italy! It was so nice to have all of our travel between cities and to our various activities pre organized by you guys. This saved us both time and stress in figuring these things out on our own. The personal tours that you planned for us were among the highlights of our trip. It was amazing to learn about the various places we visited from the knowledgeable and friendly guides. We also quite enjoyed the cooking class in Florence and gondola ride in Venice! We appreciated that the hotels all included a good breakfast and for the most part the hotel accommodations were excellent. I will say that the hotel in Sorrento did not have a very comfortable bed but otherwise was a very nice hotel with a great view. It was nice that the hotel had a free shuttle but because if only picked up once every hour, we felt less relaxed to enjoy our time exploring the city center. I think having a hotel closer (within walking distance) to the city center would have been preferred. This was something we appreciated about the other hotels (Rome, Florence, Venice) location to our planned activities. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience in Italy and with your service!
