We had a wonderful trip! Your planning was organized and detail-oriented and everything ran very smoothly. As an example, you sent me a detailed itinerary with all tickets to print out, downloaded onto the phone you left for me, and also had the guides print out the tickets – which ensured nothing was missing or went wrong. We also really appreciated the ability to reach out when our daughter left her glasses in the car on the way to the airport. We could not reach the car service, but we reached your office and someone there contacted them and had them return to the airport with the glasses!
We enjoyed all of the hotels you selected. The staff were friendly and helpful. The tour guides and drivers were also all very good.
The only thing that was somewhat difficult was dealing with trains and all of our luggage. We could have used someone to assist us in getting on the train and stowing the luggage. With large/heavy suitcases, the trains can be difficult to navigate.
I have told many friends about our trip and some have asked for your contact information so I will certainly pass it along. Some of them are interested in a similar trip and I hope they will use you to book it!
