The experience created by Fuoritinerario for us in Tuscany far exceeded our expectations. The experiences he provided were everything we could have wished for and more in terms of both the experience itself and the people who provided the experiences, from the drivers to the farmers and winemakers to the hotel staff. The staff was very responsive. We worked back and forth initially to develop a plan that included exactly what we wanted. But even a short time before the experience began, we were able to easily make small changes in the itinerary and room choice. During the trip, we had a member of his team who we could contact at any time with questions, and she got right back to us every time. Even a request after the fact was answered promptly.
