I don’t think it could have gone better.
We wanted Rome, Venice, Tuscany, and Verona (with a day trip to Florence). We asked for great hotels at fair prices. Specific, private, special winery tours. Check. Private cooking class and chef? Check. Across the board, we wanted awesome, and we got it. From the pickups at the airports, train stations, and tours to the outstanding tour guides (Rome, Venice, Verona, Florence). We were consistently impressed.
I even forgot my passports in a hotel safe, and they got them shipped to our next destination. Restaurant recommendations and reservations, hotels in the right locations, a local phone with itinerary loaded: all was thought out with extreme care. No misses. No late pickups, no bad recommendations, all top-notch.
Worth every penny.
