Introduction

The journey moves from Sicily’s historic cities to the open horizons of the Aeolian Islands. Each stage is designed to slow the pace, allowing space for connection, discovery and moments that naturally lend themselves to celebration. 

Day 1: Arrival in Palermo

Arrival in Palermo and private transfer to your centrally located boutique hotel. The remainder of the day is free to settle in and enjoy a first walk through the historic center, where Arab, Norman, and Mediterranean influences shape everyday life.

Day 2: Palermo

Meet your local guide for a walking tour through Palermo’s historic center, designed to introduce the city through its food culture. Explore lively markets such as Ballarò or Capo, tasting local specialties and learning how ingredients reflect centuries of trade and cultural exchange.

Day 3: Agrigento

Leave Palermo in the morning and travel south toward Agrigento, crossing Sicily interior landscapes. Meet your expert guide to visit the Valley of the Temples, one of the most important archaeological sites in the Mediterranean, where Greek temples wise against a timeless rural backdrop.

Day 4: Sicilian countryside

The day is dedicated to experiencing Sicily beyond its monuments. Visit local artisan workshops in the Agrigento area, where traditional skills are still practiced and passed down. Take part in a hands-on experience, creating a personal object that becomes a symbolic keepsake of your celebration journey. 

In the afternoon, enjoy a wine tasting focused on indigenous Sicilian varieties, understanding how climate, soil, and tradition shape the island’s winemaking identity.

Day 5: Taormina

Depart Agrigento and travel east toward Taormina, following a route that gradually returns to the coast. After arrival and check-in, enjoy free time to explore Taormina’s historic center. 

In the late afternoon, experience a sunset moment along the coast, where light, water, and landscape naturally create an intimate and celebratory atmosphere.

Day 6: Aeolian Islands

Leave Taormina in the morning and private transfer to the port of Milazzo, where you board a private boat towards the Aeolian Islands. Arrival in Lipari, the cultural and historical heart of the archipelago. After check-in at a seafront retreat, a gentle walk through Lipari’s historic center offers a first introduction to the rhythms of the islands.

Day 7: Lipari and Vulcano

Today is dedicated to exploring the islands by sea. Depart from Lipari on a private boat to reach Vulcano, where volcanic activity still shapes the landscape. Swimming stops and moments on board to explore the island’s contrasts, from dark sand beaches to open sea view, create a relaxed pace throughout the day.

Day 8: Salina

Travel by boat to Salina, the greenest and most fertile of the Aeolian Islands. Visit one of its small villages and enjoy time among vineyards and terraced landscapes shaped by generations of islanders. A light tasting of local products introduces Salina’s strong agricultural identity.

Day 9: Stromboli

In the afternoon, depart by boat toward Stromboli, the most dramatic island of the archipelago. As evening approaches, experience a sunset moment at sea, watching the silhouette of the volcano against the changing light. Weather and conditions permitting, witness the volcano’s natural activity from a safe distance.

Private transfer to the port and onward journey to the airport for departure.
