Now that we are home and (somewhat) caught up on sleep I wanted to let you know how appreciative we are of you and your team. Toby and I had an absolute blast visiting your wonderful country. As a matter of fact along the way we felt that Sicily and Italy were ours!
There are too many highlights to recount them all but some events just stand out…the cooking classes were so much fun and very delicious. Fiora and Gianna were not only talented, but such great sports. We loved it!
We loved visiting the Masseria and learning how mozzarella cheese is made. We became proficient (maybe just a little) at making orecchiette as well. Rosanna was a great host and made the day one of our favorites.
Puglia surprised us and we’d love to go back again. As a matter of fact we do plan on revisiting in the future. Italy was just so special for us.
We really enjoyed staying in the local boutique hotels and avoiding the big chains. Each hotel lent a special flavor to each location. Some we enjoyed more than others but the overall experience was not to be missed.
I could go on and on but I must thank and acknowledge Barbara and the entire customer service team. They put up with and endured my nonsense and sensitivities with style and grace and never seemed to be upset with me. I can’t thank them enough for taking such good care of us.
Matteo, you curated an itinerary that we will never forget. I’ll look back at our pictures and realize just how special our trip really was, and how you hit every mark that we discussed. It was a special trip for my special lady and you made it great. We can’t thank you enough. Grazie Mille!
