The Trip was great. Your scheduling of drivers, guides and other services, and getting us from city to city, pick-ups and departures, was flawless and allowed us to enjoy the trip without worrying about day-to-day logistics. Customer service was exceptional!
My favorite hotel was the one in Bologna. The winery tour and lunch were great. We really enjoyed the boat tour to the various Venice islands. A must experience. I would have extended the excursion for 6 hours to enjoy lunch in Burano.
