We can’t thank you enough!
Our trip was 100 times better than expected.
We met the nicest people. Our guides had distinct personalities, but the two we liked best were the ones in Siena and at the Vatican.
The cooking classes were amazing. The chef in Sorrento was so inspiring, I truly wished I’d been her daughter.
So many times during the trip, I wished I had been raised in Italy. I loved the food and the drink, the caffès and the vineyards. Climbing up to the farm in Amalfi was meditative. I was never sure of our guide’s name, but he seemed to be well-known. He, too, was inspiring. The driver he worked with was great, too, who sent us to a delightful restaurant for lunch.
I could go on and on about all the wonderful people we met, the friendliness of Italians, and Mamma Mia, the food! The wine! Negroni!
I hope we were good Americans. Italy deserves these two good seasons of tourism, as I didn’t realize how difficult COVID was for the country, and I hope it continues.
I thank you so much. It was the perfect trip of a lifetime!
