Sorry for the delay! It’s been busy getting back to reality, but I’ve been meaning to reach out. Thank you so much for organizing such a wonderful trip! It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience for us. We’re so grateful for all your help along the way. We didn’t have any issues reaching your team if we needed.
Justin and I were both very impressed with how well everything was organized. We never had to wonder where to meet our next guide or how we were going to get to our next destination. Everyone was very welcoming and kind and the peace of mind it gave us having you available on the messaging app just in case was great. The attention to detail was incredible. The fact we were always facing each other on the train and almost always had a room at the end of the hallway which afforded more privacy and a better view. Not sure if that was intentional but it was great!
I really don’t think there were any parts of the trip that we weren’t happy with! Highlights were definitely the food everywhere we went, but in particular the steak in Tuscany. Our favourite resort was in Tuscany – it was stunning!! And we made good use of the spa.
Cinque Terre was like something out of Jurassic park – wow! I’m still dreaming about the schiacciata I had in Florence and the oysters I had in Venice.
