As you can imagine, I had many fires to manage upon my return to the office. Today is the first time I’ve had an opportunity to take a break.
I hope you also had safe travels with your trip to Chicago.
Patti and I would like to thank you again. You spoiled us Matteo. We put our 25th anniversary celebration in your hands and you and your team delivered! Everything was well organized and stress free. The recommendations were greatly appreciated and we were also successful in our “off the grid” walks to small cafes for a more traditional experience.
All of the arrangements were terrific. Travel from city to city was seamless and well organized. Our private walking guides in Rome, Florence and Venice were outstanding. Thank you again for your company and a fantastic dinner in Perugia. We truly enjoyed the evening. Patti and I agree that this was our favorite 2 days of the trip. Our anniversary dinner at Ristorante la Taverna was a perfect recommendation. The Owner Chef spent quality time with us as he shared his experiences as a young chef in Chicago. The meal was beautiful.
The only slightly negative experience we can think of is the excursion to the Tuscan cities of Siena and San Gimignano through Florencetown Tours during our stay in Florence.
Again, thank you so much for taking care of us. We are already planning our next visit to Italy! When I have more time, I will be sure to send you some of our photos.
