“Hello Matteo. Yes, the flight back was uneventful, and we’re adjusted to being back home. The trip was a delight, and I have had an opportunity to tell a number of friends about it, including the outstanding services you provided. I won’t be surprised if you are contacted to arrange a trip or two for people close to me. I told them what a pleasure it was working with you. I also responded to a questionnaire sent to me by Zicasso. I gave you a five star rating, and also spoke at some length about what a fine job you did, from the very beginning, and during the trip on the couple of occasions we needed to contact you. The drivers and guides you arranged for us were excellent, and so were the accommodations. I have only one suggestion, and it is very minor. I did not feel that the hotel in Rome was quite as excellent as the ones you suggested in the other locations. (I suspect you chose it in part because it would provide relatively easy access to the airport while at the same time being well located in the City. Plus we were only there for one night, so it really didn’t matter. And please note: the hotel itself was just fine. By circumstance we were on a first floor room with a view only of a building across an alley. This is not a big deal at all, but I know you value any kind of information which you can use to make your clients’ experiences as good as possible.) Anne is the picture-taker in our family. I’ll see if she can select a few which might be worthy to send your way. Do you have a preference for what location the pictures are from? I’m sure you get lots of pictures from Florence, for example, but maybe not as many from the Sassi or Lecce? Let me know.
