The drivers were excellent and could not have been any more accommodating. The hotels were superb with excellent staff and a willingness to help in any way they could. Our best guides were in Pisa and in Rome. We were in Italy for 16 days, and everything ran smoothly. Drivers were on time; guides were always there when we arrived and were very knowledgeable about the area. It was an excellent vacation.
The services were excellent. In Positano, the hotel staff printed things for us for what we needed to leave the country; we got room service every morning, and they were always there at the appointed time. In Rome, the hotel staff was wonderful as well, always willing to help in any way they could.
