From our first contact with Matteo, when he explained the services his company provides, to listening to our hopes and dreams of what we wanted this trip to be, through the postponement of our trip for 1.5 years due to Covid, to finally landing in Venice and starting our trip, Matteo and Barbara were incredible. They took our must-haves and would-likes and planned everything down to the last detail. They are incredibly thorough and we especially liked the continuity of having the same tour guide both days in Florence and having the same driver from Florence through Cortona and all the way to Cinque Terre. We had hoped this would be a trip of a lifetime. With Matteo and Barbara’s guidance and help, it exceeded expectations. We can’t thank them enough!
Everything was first-class and beyond expectations. From our Bacari Tour in Venice, our cooking class in Florence, where she welcomed two total strangers into her home, Accademia and the Uffizi galleries, our winery tours in Tuscany, truffle hunting in Val D’Orcia, hiking in Cinque Terre, and our Lake Como boat tour on Day 12, we could not have been in better hands or had more enjoyable experiences. Francesco (three days) and the other drivers were great. The hotels were amazing. What a trip!
Matteo and Barbara were very responsive throughout the trip. We communicated through WhatsApp, and the couple of times we contacted them, even on a Sunday morning, they responded within five minutes. Barbara checked in with us periodically during the two weeks, and we always felt like a priority.
