Good to hear from you.
Our flight home was cancelled due to a maintenance issue so we spent 1 extra night in Italy. American Airlines put us all in a hotel is a town outside of Milan called Varese.
Actually it was a very pretty little town and we had a lovely dinner in the town. As a friend said…Italy is not a bad place to get stuck in!
We really enjoyed the trip very much. In particular we enjoyed Sienna, and Cinque Terre (great hotel in Sestri Levante). Unfortunately, the weather in Bellagio was terrible so we really didn’t have the opportunity to explore the area as we would have liked. Have to go back there as it is a gorgeous region of the country. Sorry that we changed the wine tour you arranged for us. I hope that did not cause any problems for you. After the cooking class (became friends with the instructor) and the wine tasting my wife couldn’t do another.
The only thing I would have changed was to Genoa tour. Would have preferred to go straight to Bellagio from Pisa and had some additional time there.
The tour of Lucca and Pisa was quite interesting…love the guide. Actually all the guides were terrific.
What other countries do you arrange tours? We will be traveling next year in June to Europe and would use your service again.
