The trip went much, much better than I had expected. You and your local associates are to be commended for providing a confident, friendly, and fantastically organized vacation for us. I really cannot tell you how much I appreciate the opportunity that I had to relax on this holiday. It was so very pleasant to not be worried about any of the arrangements.
I would recommend your services without qualification, and I hope to soon have the opportunity to be one of your clients again.
Very sincerely, and with much respect and gratitude,
Paul K.
