Your decisions and suggestions were excellent, and all of the details, such as drivers being there on time and guides there waiting when we arrived for a tour, worked perfectly. You have chosen your service providers well.
The hotels were also excellent, and of course, Italians know better than anyone about the small touches that constitute exceptional service. This was true in our dealings with you and in every hotel or restaurant we visited; it is something we are not accustomed to in the USA.
We wish that we could have met you and thanked you in person; perhaps one day we will.

I wholeheartedly agree with Scott’s comments. Everything you arranged for us was perfect and I was especially impressed with each of the hotels you chose for us. Every service we encountered was impeccable. Your drivers and guides were very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. What a great first-time visit to Italy.
If I had to choose my favorite activity, it was the cooking class in Rome! Fabio was terrific and his passion for what he does is very clear. My favorite location was Positano. We loved the gorgeous landscape, the beautiful teal-colored ocean and the picturesque scenery all over. Too bad the weather didn’t cooperate as far as our boat tour in Positano, but no one can control that.
