Just wanted to thank you so much for all your assistance and expertise in helping us with our incredible trip to Italy. Everything was flawless. All of your recommendations were spot on. Hotels, restaurants, guides, and drivers: it was spectacular.
We really appreciate you taking the time to tailor the itinerary to our every need, and to handle the “curveballs” we threw along the way. Always rapid in your responses and willing to be flexible.
All of the accommodations you booked for us were great. The drivers and guides were always exactly on time, personable, professional, and most felt like friends as opposed to vendors.
We also thought your welcome gift was very nice. We will be making coffee with it soon!
We have already recommended your service to friends and will not hesitate to do so in the future. And of course, when we return to Italy, you will be hearing from us!
Warmest regards,
Mark G.
