We LOVED Italy and your service and we are already looking to do another trip to Italy next year using you to help us plan an itinerary! We were really impressed with the quality of hotels and activities that you arranged for us, plus the flexibility and ability to accommodate small glitches like me not taking my International drivers licence!
So, on reflection we are happy to give some feedback;
VENICE: 2 days & 3 nights was perfect. Wouldn’t change anything. The Ristorante Il Ridotto was outstanding, as was our guide Fredericka.
FLORENCE: the hotel was truly beautiful!. Our guide Lisa for the walking tour was very knowledgeable, even though not our favorite guide.
The dinner was also nice and relaxed – and very filling! Delicious flavours !
The Pizza & Gelato cooking class was a simple and a fun experience … and if they had small takeaway boxes for leftover pizzas it might have saved so much waste! Otherwise the chefs were fun and we had a nice time!
The trip to Cinque Terre was great! The lunch was delicious and tour guide very good!
CHIANTI: The Castle accommodation – loved it! Really enjoyed our time here. Our guide Marco for the walking tour was excellent even on a hot (37 ‘C degree) day. Cooking class at Antinori – wow! Amazing, classy, chef was superb. Dinner outstanding!
ROME – definitely coming back here! Our guide Francesca was excellent and our only disappointment was that we (due to our own personal miscommunication) didn’t end up giving her the €50 tip that we wanted to give her. Please pass on our high recommendations if you can. Maybe we could have her on our next trip so we can give her what she deserves!
The Vespa tour was also very good and a fun way of seeing Rome. The dinner was also very nice, and staff were accommodating.
Hotel 47 was perfect for the location and very nice inside.
POSITANO: Our guide at Pompeii was excellent and in hindsight would have loved to have spent longer here – maybe doing a half day tour as 2 hours was just enough to get the highlights but there was so much more to see!
The Hotel was also very nice, great position and views!
We really enjoyed our hike on the Path of Gods and both got a good workout! We would rate the difficulty as moderate. The guide excellent.
The day trip to Capri – our captain was about 20mins late to meet us which created some anxiety as we were not sure whether we were in the right place as all of our other guides and drivers had all been waiting for us/on time. The trip was very pleasant afterwards … Just letting you know so you can feedback to that company.
Dinner at Don Alfonso Restaurant was also lovely, the owners and chefs treated us so well and helped end our honeymoon on a great note.
All of our drivers were excellent, and we loved getting around on the high speed train! You provided a first class experience!
On the whole we would highly recommend your company and look forward to being in touch soon to help us organize our next trip!!
