Thank you so much for reaching out! Our trip was fantastic and absolutely perfect! Marcella, Cecilia, our guide in Pompeii and our driver in Siena were incredible people. Your planning and attentiveness were extremely appreciated. Each day was better than the last and for the first time in my life, I actually “checked out and relaxed” during vacation to the point where I could not remember my passwords for my work phone and computer. LOL! Italy truly is a magical place and each city/village has a unique flair, all to its own. Oh, and Hotel Arcadia is absolutely MAGNIFICENT! They were so pleasant, accommodating and helpful! Truly amazing people!
The only constructive feedback is the following:
* The driver from Cinque Terre to Venice was crazy. Other trucks and cars were honking at us the entire way. He stayed approximately 6-12 inches behind the person in front of him and he was weaving in and out of traffic…it was a little scary.
* The boat tour in Venice would have been nicer if we had more time. They only allow 45 minutes at each island after they make an additional stop to pick up people so there is very little time to see what the islands have to offer.
