we are already missing the warmth, excellent food and amazing cultural sites of Sicily.
Every place we visited was well prepared by the friendly tour guides. Especially we had fun with our Italian speaking tour guide to Mt Etna. It was an unforgettable experience to hike up the mountain.
Villa Ducale is a wonderful place, calm with the incredible view on Taormina. The stuff there very friendly and helpful.
Villa Carlotta a little bit on the “sleepy” side. It gives more the impression of a business hotel, but should pay a little more attention to a nicer comfort in the rooms. Glasses instead of plastic cups, provide body lotion, bathroom needs more storage space for toiletries… We loved the lunch the chef ?? prepared for us.
All dinner and lunches you planned for us were spectacular. We enjoyed food we never had before, assembled with the great local ingredients. The menus are enormous…
Also our two girls enjoyed the trip a lot and found the guided tours and cultural heritage very interesting.
You are right, we should come back soon to see the rest.
