Wow! This was the best organized, well planned and captivating trip that we have ever taken! We spent 10 enchanting days in Firenze, Bologna and Roma on an individual, customized tour, and each day was a experience that we never wanted to end!
Due to the flight delay from the US to Roma, your team changed the time of the train ticket to Firenze so we were not be rushed. It was a great example of your team’s extraordinary customer service!
Our accommodations were exceptional, they were beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. Every guide and driver we met was friendly and knowledgeable. One driver who stood out was Ricardo in Firenze. He took us to Chianti and Siena, and we spent the whole day together. He shared his own experience with us, and we talked about our family and kids. We appreciated his grasp of history and we were like old friends at the end of the day. We also went to the food valley tour with Elena the guide and Vincenzo the driver. I can say this was the best tour we have experienced! They put their absolute heart and soul to this and you can see their knowledge and passion behind every detail. The tasting, breakfast and lunch were amazing and delicious. We ate, we sang, we danced Great Italian experience in a relatively small group supporting the local business. When we were in Roma, Marco was the driver and Natalina was the guide for the Vatican city and Colosseum tour. They were prompt, professional, personable and knowledgeable. We learned so much from each one!
Last but not least, thank you Barbara for checking in while we were there and making sure we were having a great time! Your recommendation for all the restaurants was spot on! We were able to get in to all the restaurants that we wanted with the great help from Barbara!
Our Italian holiday was perfect! We very much enjoyed and appreciated all your arrangements for our vacation in Italy. Everything was first class! We will highly recommend your company to everyone who plans a trip to the beautiful country of Italy!
We absolutely hope to return to Italy, as we still have lots more to discover!
