we could not have asked for a better vacation!

First off let me say that you and your group did an incredible job of organizing our trip!  I will give you some of our highlights.

1. Paris, France
   1. Walking tour, our tour guide was fantastic
   2. Louvre tour was excellent
   3. Champagne Region tour – Excellent tour and very fun
   4. Paris hotel location was fine and the hotel was ok
2. Florence, Italy
   1. Walking tour was fantastic, Florence is a wonderful city
   2. David monument was awesome and our tour guide was really good
   3. We did the on/off bus and it was ok
   4. Hotel was in a great location and it was a nice place
3. Chianti Region
   1. Hotel was phenomenal
   2. Bike tour – fun but not necessarily for beginners
   3. Wine tour was great
4. Pompeii
   1. Tour guide was outstanding
   2. Probably the most unexpected surprise of the trip.
   3. Was incredible to see the history and ruins.
5. Amalfi Coast
   1. Hotel was great except for an air conditioning problem in one of the rooms.
   2. Boat tour of the coast was great.  Would have liked to spend more time in Positano and Amalfi.
   3. Boat guides were great
   4. Boat tour to Capri was outstanding; boat captain was hilarious and great
6. Rome
   1. Vespa tour was so much fun.  The guys driving were fun and interesting.
   2. Walking tour of the Colosseum, Roman Forums, etc.  Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and interesting.
   3. Walking tour of the Vatican and museums.  Same tour guide and she was fantastic.
   4. Sistine Chapel and St. Peters were awe-inspiring.
   5. Hotel was great and our room had a water leak.  They fixed it immediately and were very accommodating

All transportation to and from airports, hotels, train stations, tours, etc was right on time.  All drivers were very professional and helpful.

Overall, we could not have asked for a better vacation!
