The trip was fantastic. I could not say enough positive things about our experience, from accommodations to tours. All your suggestions were perfect and made for an unforgettable private Roman vacation for the family.
First off, the hotel was exactly what we were looking for. The service was 5-star, and the room was excellent. The location was perfectly close to our tours and points of interest.
The Piazza Navona Stadium experience was spectacular. It was first class, starting with the wonderful archaeologist’s tour to the breathtaking dinner view afterwards. The Colosseum and Vatican tours were perfect. Both guides were knowledgeable, communicative and fun.
The off-the-beaten-path tour was informative and appreciated by us all. Our guide was equally wonderful as the others.
Lastly, we required some reservation changes, and there was a cell phone scare. Your office handled them beautifully. I really can’t stress this enough.
Our experience through you was exceedingly superior. It is clear to me now that you absolutely had our best interest in mind and made it a priority to deliver a 5-star experience.
