We truly had the best time and I’ve said it over and over that we couldn’t have experienced what we did without you and your teams support, dedication to perfection and detail.
Our favorite experience (although all was great) was the hike with Maritizio. He was so down to earth, shared valuable life stories, taught us about plants, herbs and medicinal purposes. He knew so many wonderful facts about Italy, Positano and surrounding areas. He ensured our safety was his top priority. Anytime we saw liter along the path, he would go out of his way to pick it up and put it in his backpack. You can see his passion for mother nature and the world.
“Clara” from Pompeii was so enthusiastic about teaching us the history behind the eruption and the discoveries along the years. This was another highlight in our trip.
Guido, one of our drivers, who we had twice was excellent. We had time for lunch and of course had no idea where to go. He kindly gave recommendations at each stop along the Amalfi Coast day tour. On the Pompeii tour, he called a winery and had lunch and a tour set up for us. This was an amazing experience and thought it was so kind of him to arrange this for us.
Our driver from Napoli to Sorrento was full of life. He gave us history of the area during our drive, we shared stores and memories. He kept the hour drive exciting.
On our trip to Capri, it was the first nice day so I felt like EVERYONE was thinking the same thing; finally sun and water! The port area was so crowded and we struggled to find where we actually needed to be to have our tickets printed. The boat was late arriving to Sorrento so we were late getting to Capri. Although you gave a nice picture of where to meet, we had a hard time finding where to go once we got off the boat.
I will attach some pictures of our views and trip. As I’ve mentioned, you did a wonderful job planning and we really had nothing go wrong that was of major concern. We couldn’t have done this without you. Thank you so much for all your time and efforts. Someday, we wish to come back with hopes to travel more in the north areas! I will remember you!
