We had a fabulous trip!
Langhe region was beautiful, just beautiful. The hotel Fuoritinerario booked us in was beautiful, and the service was exceptional. The trekking guide was great and informative. Cooking class at the winery was fantastic! Loved their wine! Highly recommend. That was one of the highlights of our trip!!
Genoa food tour was wonderful! The guide was detailed and informative. Would recommend! The hotel was great. Beautiful views, good service! Loved Cinque Terre and our guide for the day was terrific!! The restaurant was absolutely fabulous! Food was excellent! We liked it so much, we went back again on Tuesday! Pasta with lobster and mixed salad, and their house wine were all excellent!! (Thank you for the first night there with preferred seating. The view was fabulous.)
The boat excursion to the Italian Riviera & Portofino was wonderful! We loved it! Would highly recommend the skipper. Portofino was charming. Wish we could have stayed a little longer. Same with Santa Margherita, charming!
Parma, the restaurant you recommended, was excellent! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience of the food and the service was good. Highly recommend.
All the drivers were punctual.
So in closing, your service and responsiveness were greatly appreciated. The real-time messaging service was very helpful and reassuring. Your travel app was extremely helpful. The easy link and clear choices for the trip insurance were very helpful. We liked the private tours and drivers as they allowed us more time to enjoy what we preferred, not having to take up more time with a group. As you know, we LOVE Italy, and expect to return many more times in the future.
Thanks again. It was an epic trip overall. Italy is breathtaking.
