We had a wonderful trip. Thanks for asking for feedback!
Bologna- We really enjoyed making pasta. The host was lovely and we felt like we had a little more of a sense of the area and customs by doing that. Dinner at the restaurant was very good as well. The WWII tour was interesting and learning about Bologna was fun. The hotel was perfectly located and quiet. The all-day food tour was very interesting and felt truly authentic with real factories. Of the factories, the Modena part was the most fascinating with the history of the aging and the different-sized barrels etc.
The Ferrari drive was a lot of fun and the Ferrari museum was great, my sons would have loved it.
The walking tour in Venice was very interesting and a good level set. The hotel was nice and well-located. The guide was flexible though and we skipped the last place and instead walked through the Jewish Ghetto and she gave us some more information about the area etc.
The planning, the transfers, the hotels, the assistance were all fantastic. I have zero complaints and felt very supported and taken care of. I would highly recommend you and your company.
