We are back home and would like to respond to your request for feedback on our trip. The whole trip was wonderful and exactly what we were hoping for when we planned it. All of the drivers, guides, hotel staff, and your team were friendly, professional, and quickly responded to any requests or needs we had. The hotel accommodations were top-notch and located perfectly for our activities. We enjoyed everything and are hoping we can use your company again in the not too distant future.
What we liked most – Being able to travel all around Italy and enjoy the sights without having to worry about the logistics of transportation, tours, arranging accommodation, etc.
One thing that impressed us very much was the ability of the guides to navigate the crowds so that we weren’t bothered by them, show us the main attractions and ensure that our time was used efficiently. Our guide at Vatican City did an excellent job on the tour. We were pleasantly surprised and impressed when she showed up at our hotel the following morning so she could be our guide for the Colosseum and Roman Forum as well. She went above and beyond to find out where we were staying and traded with a colleague to arrange to be with us the following day.
We also appreciated your team’s ability to help us when a train was canceled and get us rebooked on another train. And they also came through for us when we were not able to go to Capri due to the weather. They arranged an Italian Cooking Experience that day for us.
