Hello, Matteo! We cannot thank you enough for putting together a most incredible Italy trip for us. Having visited your beautiful, inviting country many times in the past, we were surprised to learn the experience could be even more amazing than before.
From the moment we arrived, we were chauffeured by punctual, professional yet fun drivers; introduced to stunning scenery and architecture by knowledgeable, friendly tour guides; pampered in various historical and gorgeous hotels by helpful, caring staff; and never did we have to deal with even a minor glitch. We also so appreciated the ongoing communication during our entire stay.
The service you provided was most certainly “over the top.” We discussed that we would not have changed a thing, and when questioning what might have been a favorite part of the trip, we all thought, “All of it!”
For me personally, I always looked forward to the different hotels that we selected from the options you gave us. Each one was a different experience, and each one was perfect for our preferences: impressive and historical, great location (water views are always a plus), attractions and activities nearby (we enjoy walking), and the breakfasts were a lovely way to start the day together.
To summarize, Matteo, we hope to be in touch again…sooner than later. Thank you.
