Hope you’re doing well.
As you know we’re back home now after our Italy trip. We had a great time in Italy. I would like to provide you a feedback on the trip.
Overall it was a great trip, very well organized. Weather was a bit rough in Venice and Tuscany but in Florence and Rome we were able to do a lot. All the drivers and tour guides were great and timely and very knowledgeable. All the transportations were very well organized. We never had any issues with any of the drivers or tour guides.
From the local point of contact, Barbara was phenomenal in helping me whenever I needed anything while in Italy. Specifically when I left money in the Venice hotel safe. Her help was amazing! Big thanks to her.
Tours were all very enjoyable and well-selected. I like that we had plenty of time to relax also during the trip.
Most hotels were great other than the one in Rome. Venice and Florence hotels were AMAZING. I can’t recommend them enough! The way the hotel in Venice helped me with the delivery of my money etc to Florence is beyond my expectations. The hotel in Tuscany was also great.
Overall we are very satisfied with our trip.
Thank you very much again for all your help and assistance with our Italy trip. We can’t wait to go back and explore the other areas of your amazing country.
