I really enjoyed the 1:1 with the guides. They work very hard to share so much information with you in a short amount of time. Great choices in guides. The boat fleet knew her too so when they saw us, we didn’t have to wait on the long lines to catch the tour boat. It helped with the crowds.
Everything was seamless. I didn’t have to do anything but show up at the designated place on time. Simple! I enjoyed getting to know Barbara, she called my first morning after finally arriving at the hotel in Lecce at midnight due to my flight being cancelled. I would say that was the agency’s first test, when I had to text you at Heathrow about my flight being cancelled. You guys were great, answered the text, said you’re standing by to reschedule Italia flight to Brandisi. I was relieved I didn’t have to do it.
