Fabulous trip, some weather challenges that were uncontrollable. The agents and customer service went above and beyond to try to reschedule events.
All hotels were conveniently located and provided great service. Praise to the customer care team for staying in touch, working to rearrange events when the weather got in the way, and the WhatsApp connection was very helpful.
