The guide at Rome airport was fantastic! She led around the airport as if she owned it. Our guide for the Coliseum and Forum really knew the history. We were able to ask her anything, and she had the answer. Just wonderful!
The drivers were on time and got us to all our destinations without any issues. They all made the whole experience effortless.
This was the first time using the Trip Plans app. It was excellent to have everything in one place, and the Google Map links to the locations were very helpful. I used WhatsApp to communicate with the whole group as well. It was nice to have the drivers contact us when they were arriving and for us to be able to communicate directly with them.
