Everything was wonderful and the information and tickets etc provided by the agency were spot on and very helpful, as was the info being easily accessed in the travel app.
The hotels were great as was the service and the friendliness of the staff.
When we contacted the team for help with reservations and to change the time of a transport pickup, the changes were handled seamlessly and without complaint!! Really above and beyond!
