We had a WONDERFUL trip! We loved how all of the details were taken care of, organized and easily accessed via the app – all of these things relieved so much stress! The continued support was a great bonus! The personal tours and skip the line access were very much appreciated! A couple things: we upgraded to e-bikes for the bike ride to Lienz and felt this helped the longer journey than expected to be much more comfortable for our family. This excursion was so much fun! We feel we could have skipped the cheese tour – we misunderstood and thought we were touring a local farm. The Dolomites were MAGNIFICENT!! The food was delicious at every place you suggested! We really liked all of the accommodations you arranged for us – the Dolomites stay would have been much more comfortable with fans or a/c and without the very loud and early construction – their giant equipment was literally right outside our window and blocked the view. This was no fault of yours – the hotel should have been transparent to you upon booking. Thank you very much for advocating for a partial refund.
