Our trip to Italy went above and beyond our expectations. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. They also made great recommendations on places to eat in the areas they gave their tours in. Even though we overslept on our first day and were over an hour late, the tour guide was patient and very accommodating.
The hotels were excellent, but the one in Florence was amazing. The front desk’s service in Venice and in Florence was amazing. The recommendations for restaurants and their directions were great. In Rome, we got to the hotel a little late, so we asked for a local place to eat for a quick bite. Not so good. That’s when we used WhatsApp with you, and your recommendations were amazing.
For me, the Coliseum was amazing, and the architecture from over two thousand years ago was incredible. The high-speed train and the lounge to wait in were comfortable and made it an easy transport from Venice to Florence.
The drivers in Florence and Rome were friendly and drove very safely.
