It was a dream from beginning to end! It was everything I had dreamt of and more. This was our first time traveling abroad and I cannot say enough about Matteo and Barbara. They provided a wonderful concierge experience. They were patient (we changed our minds a lot!) and thorough. They customized the perfect Italy experience for us; 3 nights in Sorrento, 3 nights in Capri & 4 nights in Rome. Our hotel accommodations were perfectly located and exactly what we were looking for (upscale boutique). They provided great restaurant suggestions and handled reservations for us. We had two fun boating experience, a small group tour of Amalfi Coast (crew was fabulous) and one private tour (captain was wonderful). A favorite memory will be a dip in the Mediterranean Sea. All of our tour guides and drivers were knowledgeable, flexible and friendly.
They also provided us the tools (Trip App which had our daily agenda & WhatsApp) to make everything a breeze. At one point, we even got a phone call from Barbara just to check in and see how we were doing.
