We felt very well supported throughout both the planning process and the trip itself. Najwa was always available, responsive, and efficient, and everything was handled smoothly, from accommodations to visits and logistics.
Several visits stood out, especially Alberobello, Matera, and the visit to the dairy farm, where the hospitality and attention to our child made the experience particularly enjoyable. Guides were kind, knowledgeable, and adaptable, especially with children.
Even when small adjustments were needed along the way, we always felt listened to and well assisted. It was a meaningful and well-crafted family trip, and certainly not our last journey to Italy.
