We were extremely happy and satisfied with the work done by your company particularly yourself and Barbara. We did several zoom calls with you prior to the trip and every time you greeted us with a friendly smile and disposition, patience, attentiveness, and valuable advice. You exceeded our expectations and responded rapidly any time we needed to communicate prior to the trip and when we were in Italy as well.
We can assure you that we have spoken very highly of you to all of our friends and family and highly recommended you and your company.
In regards to the hotels and restaurants: Really we loved all of the restaurants we went to in Italy whether they were recommended by yourself or we found them. Your tip to not preplan all restaurants was very helpful. The Restaurants that were on your recommendations list were all very good and we were treated very well. The restaurant in Sorrento stands out for the embracing friendliness of the owner and his family and the fun Italian music they played live with great instruments and honestly the food was awesome.
We enjoyed all of the hotels and they were very well situated. The hotel in Rome had great access to many sites we explored. We walked a lot in Rome. We loved all of the hotels wether Venice, Rada, or Sorrento for different reasons and the hotel in Rada was particularly memorable and set the tone for our time in Tuscany.
The drivers were all friendly and very informative. The rides were fun and we were always engaged in conversation with drivers. They were all excellent. I wish I could remember all their names.
Mario was our guide on the private Capri boat tour. He was great and very funny also informative about Capri and Anacapri. We had a great time on the tour.
Additionally all of our guides Vatican, Roman ruins, Pompeii were very well informed and very friendly. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. Honestly if we do those tours again in the future I would love the same guides.
We are also very grateful for the work you did coordinating Ryan & Mariana’s engagement at the Winery. It was perfectly planned and executed.
We hope we didn’t forget to mention someone or compliment someone if we did it was unintentional. Im pretty sure we will be reaching out to you soon.
