Firstly, we want to say a big thank you to yourself, Barbara, and the rest of the team assisting us since the start of journey in enquiring the itinerary of the proposed trip, all the way up to the end of the trip. It has nothing short of 98% perfect we’d say. We think comparing to the past tours we had in Italy, you guys actually did the best work not just providing support and attending to our queries. But also the speediness of replying to our queries as well. For that, we thank you all for making that extra miles to attending to your clients.
On the trip itself, we have had a wonderful excursions throughout the destinations and the attractions. Love Love Love Como, and Venice!! It wasn’t the first time we’ve been there, but we are really glad that we have decided to stay in Venice for 2 nights. It definitely has opened up our eyes and experiences of the locals and they way of living the local Venetians did. We definitely have to commend the local tour guide in Venice who showed us the local less touristy areas and streets, how the real Venetians live. He did a wonderful job and we enjoy hearing the sharings he explained to us.
Milan, is definitely great and we thoroughly enjoyed the gothic Duomo church and the town itself. Would love to head back there again in future!!! The transportation arrangements were wonderful!! We thank you guys for trying best to arrange us in a vehicle as much as possible. That was thumbs up!!
On suggestion for further improvement, we thought it would be good to have additional restaurants options that serve different budgets for the clients. As we realised most of the recommendations provided by the tour agency are above average and high priced for meals. Though, some tasted really good, however, we opine would probably fare a little less than the price paid. Nevertheless, we appreciate the recommendations the tour agency provided for.
Our next destination in Italy!!!
We would love to visit Sicily~ I hope Discover Your Italy do provide great recommendations and tour arrangements just as this previous trip we had.
