There are not enough words to describe the magnificence of our trip to Italy. We can’t thank you enough for making the trip a treasured memory for life!
The hotels were so beautiful, the staff so accommodating and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for us. We were treated like royalty. JK Place was so convenient. We were able to walk in any direction to find anything we needed, including restaurants, shops and famous sights. We saw and learned so much in each location. The views were breathtaking in Tuscany and Lake Como. The Grand Hotel couldn’t have been “grander”. It felt like a dream. Even with the “glitch” at the Belmond, it ultimately became the most warm and cozy accommodation, with such character and appeal.
Your staffs’ coordination was flawless. From the drivers showing up on time or a few minutes early, the tour guides so knowledgeable and accommodating, the “fast entry tickets” into famous sites, we couldn’t ask for more. Having “fast entry tickets” really was great bumping all of the long lines.
One city was more beautiful than the next. The landscaping was captivating, the people warm and welcoming, and the food oh so delicious! Having the cell phone you provided was so handy and convenient with all of the information downloaded on it. Our cooking class was so much fun. We picked up some great tips from him along with enjoying some delicious recipes created with locally purchased meats, cheeses and produce! The meal was topped off with the creation of amazing Tiramisu for dessert. The wine tasting ended up on a beautiful sunny day in Tuscany, the wine and pasta so delicious. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job in squeezing so much in such a limited time frame. We were even lucky enough to catch a bonus pontoon ride at Cinque Terre and watch the Italian Military air show (which we were told only happens every 5 or 6 years) on Lake Como during our 2 night stay!
We will not hesitate to recommend your company to others interested in travelling the world, especially the beautiful country of Italy. As a matter of fact, one of the other attorneys in the office mentioned that his parents were planning a trip to Italy next year and after hearing about our experience, asked for your information, which I will gladly pass onto him.
Daniela, it was a pleasure dealing with you. God willing, the future will hold another opportunity to return to Italy and perhaps visit the southern portion — the Amalfi coast, Capri, Sicily, and including my home town of Isernia (Abruzzo) and my husband’s family’s city in Reggio di Calabria. We would love to bring our children along someday to explore our heritage.
