We had a wonderful trip! Your planning was organized and detail-oriented, and everything ran very smoothly. As an example, you sent me a detailed itinerary with all tickets to print out, downloaded them onto the phone you left for me, and also had the guides print out the tickets, which ensured nothing was missing or went wrong. We also really appreciated the ability to reach out when our daughter left her glasses in the car on the way to the airport. We could not reach the car service, but we reached your office, and someone there contacted them and had them return to the airport with the glasses!
We enjoyed all of the hotels you selected. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The tour guides and drivers were also all very good.
I have told many friends about our trip, and some have asked for your contact information, so I will certainly pass it along. Some of them are interested in a similar trip, and I hope they will use you to book it!
