We just wanted to thank you for everything, it was the trip of a lifetime! Everything went perfectly and we couldn’t have asked for more.
The transfers were all excellent, every driver on time (early) and professional. The cooking class in Florence, the tour of the Colosseum and the all day tour to Tuscany were amazing. We also really enjoyed the private tour of Pompeii, highly recommend Dario to your guests. The only slight disappointment was the food tour in Rome. It wasn’t anything special and the guide wasn’t that organized.
The hotels were great. The Marriott in Rome was very nice, I think most Americans would be happy to stay there. It was a little far to the main attractions but allowed us to explore a little bit and was in a very nice area. The Glance Hotel in Florence was very nice. Great views of Florence and a rooftop pool which we used a few times. And finally, our favorite, the Allegro Miramare in Positano. Thank you for the final day upgrade, the views were spectacular.
The phone was extremely helpful and a feature that really added to your “above and beyond service.” It was nice to be able to text/call with any questions and use the Google map feature for walking. As a traveler from another country, it was a great security that we appreciated. Thank you also for the expresso maker, it’s sitting on our kitchen counter to remind us of our visit.
