I would just like to personally thank you for a wonderful trip to Italy. I had such an enjoyable time. It was SO MUCH FUN! The drivers were wonderful and filled with interesting information as they took us from one place to another, the guides were FANTASTIC with so much information about the things we were seeing in Venice, Florence, Rome, the Vatican, Colosseum, and ancient Rome, and Pompeii.
The Vespa tour of Rome was exciting and informative with interesting insights about Rome and its history. We had so much fun with Chef Maria at the cooking class in Florence. I’ll never be afraid to make my own homemade pasta.
Sorrento was beautiful and The Amalfi coast was incredible to see. I still don’t understand how they could build towns on the side of a cliff, just AMAZING! And the drive along the coast was exciting in itself. I don’t think I have seen so many hairpin curves on any other road and all the traffic.
I am sorry that the weather turned bad on our last day. The rain and wind were torrential so we did not get to go on our excursion to Capri which I was looking forward to.
The hotels were nice, particularly the one in Venice and the one in Sorrento. The breakfasts in all the hotels were absolutely unbelievable. I have never seen so much wonderful food.
Anyway, I just wanted to thank you and all the people involved in making our trip so memorable. Everyone was just WONDERFUL!
