The experience was very positive overall, with exceptional attention to detail and personalization. Guides were excellent and knowledgeable, and drivers were punctual, professional, and well-informed.
The support was excellent. When I needed medical assistance, a guide was there to take me to the pharmacy. We were able to contact customer support at any time; even after hours, we received answers to questions.
