We felt that everything was very well handled from start to finish. The level of detail, especially around transfers, made the experience smooth and reassuring.
Our travel designer did a great job in making sure the trip truly reflected what we were looking for, and the overall planning felt thoughtful and well-balanced. Hotels were comfortable and well chosen, and guides and drivers were professional throughout.
What made a real difference was feeling connected at all times. Communication worked perfectly, and having a quick answer when questions came up gave us a strong sense of support during the journey.
