The entire experience of 16 days in Italy was made special because of the tremendous job you and your staff did in making all the arrangements. It is hard to believe that the entire time went like clockwork, every driver, every guide, every hotel for 16 days was there and prepared for our service. We appreciated so much how easy you made it for us to visit and enjoy your country. Also, providing us with a local phone which had all our vouchers attached, as well as your phone number, was the perfect safeguard for any problems.
In Venice, we were picked up and transported from the airport without issue and the Locanda Avogaria was the perfect place to be. We couldn’t have asked for better. Breakfast was just the right amount. The room was a perfect size and had all that we could hope for.
We loved walking around the city and being near the grand canal. And Nicoletta!!! Oh my goodness!! I can’t say enough good things about her. She was punctual, well educated in the history and current events of Venice. She was attentive to our needs and wishes, and most of all… we had fun!! I would recommend her to anyone!!
In Padua the Hotel Belludi 37 was top notch… amazing place… thank you for another perfect location. We walked all over the city and everything worked out perfect with Maila! She was very good, punctual, and we enjoyed our tour with her. We absolutely loved Padua. I don’t think I have ever walked so much. The whole university area was amazing. I had the Caffè Pedrocchi twice and it was the best drink I remember having. Absolutely phenomenal!
We ate in the Jewish ghetto at the most amazing small restaurant! So many delicious foods. But the breakfast buffet at Belludi 37 took the prize. I counted 10 types of pastry, 10 types of fruit, 4 types of eggs, 4 types of cereal, and much more. I was so impressed by them all.
Of course, the apartment in Florence was also over the top. We loved the space in the apartment and it was perfect for our time there. Anna Maria was an amazing guide and our host was wonderful.
Giancarlo was an excellent driver for the 2 days he was with us to visit the four smaller villages.. and he was lots of fun too. The only mishaps were my forgetting my vouchers, but you had them all on my phone and we were able to use the digital copy on the phone with no problem. Thank you so much for putting them there. What a great safe-guard!!
Leonardo was great driving us to Orvieto and then Rome. And our tour guide was very good in
Orvieto. You run an excellent agency.
We had an amazing tour with Aldo. He took us to all the out of way places we had come up with that we wanted to see… the Appian Way, catacombs, Jewish Ghetto, as well as most of the places on the schedule. He was wonderful!! Thank you for such a great guide.
Our hotel was so nicely situated between the Spanish steps and the Trevi Fountain. It was easy to get anywhere. We ate at Mario’s, a delightful family run restaurant near our hotel.
The Cooking Class we had with Fabio and Vittoria was wonderful. The whole experience of buying the food at the market and walking to the kitchen was delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the day. Thank you for suggesting that as an activity. I would recommend it for everyone.
Our final four days in Positano, visiting Pompeii, and climbing to the “Path of the Gods”, as well as taking the boat to Capri and touring the Amalfi Coast, will be long remembered. The scenery was exquisite, and Maurizio was the best guide in the whole world, accommodating our limitations with ease and grace. We could not have asked for a better guide for that hike.
The hotel in Positano was a delightful end to our visit. The views and food were both stunning, and we really appreciated the choices you made for us. Each hotel was unique in its own way and yet close enough for us to walk to everything we wanted to see.
I don’t know what else to say. There are not enough superlatives in our language. From start to finish, our 16 days in Rome was made perfect by your wonderful choice of guides, drivers, activities and hotels. We would never have been able to put together such an amazing trip without any problems. It may have been cheaper to plan it ourselves, but your itinerary was worth every cent or euro we invested into it. I totally recommend your agency to anyone who wants a hassle free visit to Rome.”
